Our revenue is still exceeding our expenses, however it is not where we want it to be.

We have really managed our budget well thanks to a great financial office team.

The summer of this year was particularly difficult due to the impacts of the ongoing pandemic. August was our worst month yet, but we are seeing a recovery as the 2020 year comes to a close. 

Overall, we are on schedule, but the implementation test phase is off to a slow start however, we are gaining momentum and should remain on schedule.

Renovations and changes are upcoming in the community so we need to be prepared to take planned action in dealing with these events.
